Product Introduction
The zipper reciprocating fatigue testing machine is used to test whether the zipper can withstand the specified number of reciprocating pulling operations under the action of transverse and longitudinal tension. Operation specification
1) . sample preparation:
Random samples were taken from each batch of zippers
2) Operation steps:
1. Sample device:
1.1. After power on, start the "test" button, so that the latch clamping device is located at the bottom of the chute (convenient for clamping the sample)
1.2. (turn off the power), fix the zipper lock on the lock clamping device
1.3. First, fix the zipper tail end (bottom stop end) roughly in the upper collet (at this time, the collet center line is perpendicular to the zipper Center)
1.4. Fix the front end of the zipper (top end) on the two longitudinal clamps
1.5. Slightly loosen the upper collet, pull up the end of the zipper to make the rotating plate in a horizontal line, and then clamp the upper collet (at this time, visually check that the two longitudinal collets are in the same horizontal line)
1.6. Adjust the upper and lower nuts of the spring scale according to the zipper model, and apply appropriate longitudinal load on the zipper cloth belt: as shown in Table 1:

1.8. Adjust the upper and lower nuts of the horizontal spring scale according to the zipper model, and apply appropriate horizontal load on the zipper cloth belt: as shown in Table 1:
1.9. Start the "test" button to start the test
2.0. Set the test times according to the test regulations
2.1. After reaching the set number of times, the machine will stop automatically, remove the sample and turn off the power
