Taber Abraser Tester Measured By The TABER Abrasion Tester.
The wear resistance of the material is measured by the TABER abrasion tester.

The unique abrasion process of the TABER abrading test machine puts the materials to be placed on the turntable, and the two grinding wheels press on the material with a certain weight to make them wear.
The grinding wheel rotates with the rotating surface of the sample plate, resulting in relative motion and wear, and the shift of the grinding wheel axis relative to the rotating shaft of the rotating disk leads to the friction material.
When the sample area of 10x10cm is worn, the surface material of the sample is worn by all angle grain or silk fabric to form a complete ring.
Simulate the real use conditions or meet the standard test conditions.

2.- repeat tests at the same point at the same material. The material with the thickness of about 0.5 is damaged or worn out.
