IEC 60086 Battery Crushing Safety Needling Extrusion Test Equipment
Introduction:
This equipment mainly used for safety inspection for batteries like vehicles lithium batteries, power battery, battery-cell, electric vehicle battery etc, which integrated with pressure system, explosion-proof system, data acquisition system, computer control system together, adopt independent machine and control system, realized remote control and testing. And have multi safety protection devices, available to comply with various test standard.

| Power transmission mode | 1. The battery is clamped two flat, plate extrusion pressure in the hydraulic pressure transmission; 2. After the battery is firmly clamped, the pressure began to squeeze until the number was raised to the hydraulic cylinder 2500 (17.2Mpa), the pressure between the two plates is 3000pound (13KN), the sudden release of pressure; 3. Features:

Applications:
Lithium polymer battery crush/squeeze tester is applied to test safety capability of battery by simulating lithium battery suffered crush in the process of transportation, storage and handling home waste under certain temperature. The specimen of battery is qualified without leakage, explosion, breaking or fire.
