Paperboard Package Incline Shock Impact Strength Test Machine
Introduction
Incline impact test machine is simulated the impact strength of packaging in the real circumstance of transport. Slope impact test machine is apply to the pile up of goods, slide of electromechanical, loading of the engine, transportation of product. This product is also can supply as the test machine to scientific research institution, college, packaging technique test centre, packaging material manufacture and foreign trade or transport department.
Test principle
The use of the potential energy of the object into the principle of kinetic energy, the package according to the predetermined location to the end of the glide to the end of a certain impact speed and a vertical direction and the impact of the impact plate collision to achieve the intended test purposes.
Main technical indicators and requirements
The machine conforms to the international standard ISO2244-2001 (E) "Packaging - Full and complete package of transport parts Part 5, Horizontal impact test, bevel impact test, pendulum test".
national standard GB / T4857.11-1992 "Packaging transport ISO 8611-1: 2011 Cargo shipments - Flat card board - Part 1: Test methods, ISO 8611-2: 2011 Cargo transportation cardboard
- Part 1: Test methods, ISO 8611
-2: 2011 Cargo transportation cardboard - Flat card board - Part 2: Performance requirements and test item selection.

Test procedures and methods
(1) Preparation of test samples.
(2) Numbered of each part of the test sample: According to the relevant standards, the test sample parts are numbered.
(3) Pre-treatment of test samples: According to the relevant standards to select a condition for the test sample temperature and humidity pre-treatment.
(4) the temperature and humidity conditions: the test should be the same with the pretreatment of the same temperature and humidity conditions.
(5) the choice of test strength value.
Experiment procedure
First, the test sample is placed in the work car in a predetermined state.
The impact surface or edge of the test specimen shall be flush with or beyond the leading edge of the work car shall not be greater than 50 mm.
When the test specimen is impacted, the angle between the impact surface and the impact surface of the baffle shall not be greater than 2 °. When the impact is carried out, the angle between the impact edge and the impact surface of the baffle shall not be greater than 2 °.
If the test sample is a parallelepiped, the angle between the faces of the two faces forming the edge and the impact surface of the baffle shall not be greater than ± 5º or within ± 10% of the predetermined angle.
Raise the work car along the rail slope to the corresponding height at which the required impact speed is available and then release it.
Regardless of the test machine used, the impact speed error is within ± 5% of the intended impact speed.
