We own sophisticated and advanced technology in producing environmental test chamber and mechanical test machine. For example, temp and humidity chamber, thermal shock chamber, high temp oven, UV weathering test chamber, xenon test chamber, rain test chamber, dust test chamber, altitude chamber, salt spray tester, salt spray combined temp and humidity chamber, walk in /drive in test chambers, tensile testing machine, vibration test machine, vibration test machine combined temp and humidity chamber, drop impact tester, transport simulation test machine... All machines are widely used in different area: R&D Institutions, Quality inspection institutions, universities,electronics, communications, instrumentation, automobile, plastic, metal, building materials, aviation, etc.

Under hard work of our develop&research department and design department, we are capable to manufacture customized machine shell, inner system, test standards as customers’ requirements. Moreover, Our equipment passes various international standards: ISO, ASTM, DIN, EN, GB, BS, JIS, AMSI, UL, TAPPI, AATCC, IEC. Our factory accept TUV inspection annually and are recognized as High-tech enterprise by Government.

Now, we have one main manufacturing base in Dongguan, a branch in Suzhou and offices in South Asia, Europe, USA. In Dongguan factory, we have a environmental laboratory and a physical laboratory on the third floor for customers’ quick examination of our quality. Furthermore, to satisfy customers’ urgent needs, we have full stock of climatic chambers.

Metal Department

In production department, most technicians have over 10 year’s working experience in metal shaping, welding, accessories assembling. Equipped with imported compressor (BOEK/TECUMSEH) and electronic components (ABB/Siemens/

Panasonic/Saginomiya/Danfoss/Emkarate/Omron/Philips ), the life service of OTS machine can operate over 10 years. We will test the machine for 3~5 days before shipment and provide 14 months’ warranty with a lifetime maintenance service.

In February 1978, Taiwan began to develop local economy, many factories established. OTS took this opportunity to start its research and production in Taiwan to cater the market.

In January 1998, OTS started to enter Mainland market with the bombing economy and growing needs of test equipment.

In September 2009, OTS established its second manufacturing base in Chashan, Dongguan after over 10 year's research. Development and Research team is also under construction.

In March 2012, under government’s encourage policy and potential market needs, OTS set up overseas department. OTS also apply CE certificate of all products.

In 2013, R&D Department complete study on Altitude chamber, Walk-in temp humidity room, Rapid-rate thermal cycle chamber(Linear 20℃/min), Salt spray combined climate tester (ASTM -G85) and put into production.

In May 2015, to provide a better service for customers around the world, OTS expanded branches in domestic market like Suzhou, Taizhou; overseas like Singapore, Vietnam, US and Europe. For now, OTS branch and agencies have served over 1,000 customers around the world. In the same time,

In March 2016, OTS factory passed ISO 9001 standard. In October, factory introduced advanced leaser cut machine.

In March 2017, OTS began to build TWO laboratories: Environmental laboratory and Physical laboratory. At the meanwhile, OTS expanded overseas department in Wanda building. In May 3, OTS factory accepted TUV inspection as a qualified manufacturer in machinery industry.

In this year, OTS’ annual sales achieved over 1,500,000USD.

In May 2018, OTS is recognized and praised as ‘High-tech Enterprise’ by Government.

After-sale Service:

1. We promise 14 month’s warranty and lifetime maintenance.

2. During the warranty time, any components broken is FREE to change, and we offer FREE picture, video instruction after your purchasing of our machine.

3. All machine is sent with a packing list, operation instruction(paper file), warranty certificate(with valid date) and other accessories.

Package:

We pack machine with plastic wrap (water proof), then pack with poly wood board,

cystosepiment inside the board and machine for fixture.

Stock products:

If you need the machine urgently, we suggest you to choose our stock machine with similar specifications. Each machine will test for 3~5 days before package. Our stock machine is produced in one month, so you don’t have to worry about the rust problem between components.

Customized products：

For customized machine, before production we will make the draft file as your request and change the details till you feel satisfied. We also support inspection before fulfill rest payment.

Technical Service:

Each machine we can provide circuit diagram and Spear parts list for you to full understand. All controller made by OTS is Chinese-English version, and equipped with specific operation instruction.

Quality Control:

Our quality department includes IQC,PQC and OQC. Every machine must be confirmed with 3 inspectors and stick a qualified certificate before shipment.

Sales Team:

For now, we have over 50 sales engineers who are not only good at service but also know each of our machine very well. OTS needs an engineer good at sales instead a salesman/saleswoman. Now, OTS plans to expand our brand around the world, we warmly welcome companies in different countries to be our agency.
