Thermal Shock chamber works as follows:
1, low temperature storage tanks: tank temperature is determined by the state of the duct heater, evaporator and the working status of the fan. After the expansion valve throttling the refrigerant flowing into the evaporator in the working chamber, the working chamber of heat absorption and gasification, to reduce the temperature of working chamber; gasified refrigerant is sucked and compressed to a high temperature, high pressure gas into the condenser compressor It is condensed into liquid, and then the screening program, and finally through the expansion valve is throttled after re-entering the working chamber and the evaporator absorbs heat and gasify and then compressed by the compressor suction.
2, high-temperature storage tanks: a central controller temperature sensing signal from the detection instant, and the set temperature signal is compared, the comparison signal obtained by the instrument PID logic circuit output signal to control the solid state relay is turned off or adjusting the heating time ratio output power level, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic temperature control.
3, temperature shock test chamber: the meter automatically controlled high temperature valves, low or high temperatures between the storage chamber switched respectively to form a closed air circulation system and low temperature box or boxes, quickly reached the target temperature tests.

Air conditioning system
1, the air control: forced ventilation circulation, balance thermostat method (BTC).
