Custom-made ASTM B117 NSS AASS CASS Salt Spray Anti-corrosion Test Cabinet is a climate simulation device that tests the corrosion of electronic equipment, metallic material, as well as some surface treatment--coating, galvanizing, organic/inorganic coating, anodizing treatment, rust-proof oil coating, etc. Performance indicators in line with requirements of GB / T5170.8 Electrical and Electronic Products, Environmental Testing Equipment, the Basic Parameters of the Test Method. The salt spray corrosion test chamber according to GB / T2423.17 Electronic and Electrical Products Basic Environmental Test Procedures Test Ka: Salt Spray Test Method for neutral salt spray test can also be used for acetic acid salt test.

Features:
1. Temperature of machines are controlled by PID which is highly precision and stable, so it ensures the fluctuation of humidity and temperature, as well as test operation.
2. The temperature control is adopted by P.I.D＋S.S.R so that to improve the stability and service life of the screen and accessories. The touch screen is able to display data and settings at the same time.
3. The automotive water tap is with a filter to prevent blockage of pipes and extend the machine’s service life.
4. In the test chamber , there is a automotive overflow protection device instead of manual work, which improves production efficiency.
5. The heat system is equipped with titanium alloy device. It is corrosion- resistance and rustless, and it also has a repair hole for convenience.
6. The oil water separator is from a famous Taiwan brand ---SNS and with 2 cups. So it can improve the accuracy of tests.
7. The pressure bucket, also called saturated air barrel, is made with SUS304 stainless board. It is to compress the air into humidity and oil filter as a core part of this machine.

FAQ
1. Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn’t work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2. What’s the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized
machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.
4. How to install and use the product?
We will send you operating instructions, English video by Email. Or you can download on our officail website directly.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use. And if possible, we can also install your machine at site.
